Such gorgeous photos. I suppose as the cliche goes one mans trash is another mans treasure. You seem to have a great sense of decor judging by your photos.

Elizabeth! The chalk lids are genius, genius I tell you! Love the glimpse if your corner, looks like a good place to work.

I am totally envious of your office space; it looks perfect.

Love the jar idea, too, although my husband would think it would be funny to erase all the lids...

So sorry about the prolonged rains - I'm usually ready to say goodbye to the rain after the fields have been watered, and my car washed. I love your little corner, and the fabulous sewing desk, and your ornate mirrow - what a great find! Brilliant jar idea (what's "panko"?). Happy weekend!

It amazes me that someone would throw out that mirror. So happy that it has found a home :)

haven't these days been so blah? Ugh. But it looks like it was good for some inside projects for you. I really love the frame! I think you should add a chalkboard to it so you can announce the day's menu. Or chores. Or good thoughts.
By the way, I just read a bunch of your blog to my daughter..the one I told you about with the chickens....she makes her own deodorant, too!

Wow, all that gorgeous, natural color! So lovely!! Love your jars. I'm a jar fan hoarder from way back.
