If by chance you happen to look out your window at the right moment, usually in the early morning...

If by chance the camera is handy and the door doesn't make too much noise and the camera click does not scare them off...

You just might capture a deer on your lawn.

oh that is wonderful !! i would love to see this soft of wildlife outside of my window !! but, i will have to settle for birds !

the bird you asked about is called a crested pigeon ... i think they are beautiful too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crested_Pigeon

Beautifully captured! The only animals I usually see from our windows are squirrels running on the roof of the house next to ours :-)
