There have been pottery sales, the blue bowls are mine.
and soap sales. One unplanned-for bazaar, a market and many private sales, it seems I have a reputation from last year - I'm out of soap!
A little baking. I haven't made (or eaten) cookies in so long but these hazelnut ones lured me in
I have been baking bread and I am to the point where I feel confident to say I have mastered the sourdough, sandwich loaf or rustic boule.
(I wish I could say the same about photo-taking with a phone :( )
Knitting! Cowichan-style sweaters for the kids. One sweater almost done and one to go. I'm kind of nervous of finishing number two in time as the next two weeks are very busy at work and I come home too tired to make a full evening of knitting. I can knit fast but I do need to be awake! Not to mention the yarn store was out of one colour I need and I won't be getting it until later in the week - fingers crossed for me.
And even a bah-humbug-me decorated a little outside the back door, the door everyone uses, since it was warm enough not to freeze my fingers. Everything was found one way or another. The fallen birch complete with fungi was a bonus. It helps to live with woods on either side.
When you walk in just past this pot the inside porch smells of apples and stored wood.
So yes, business as usual here.
A few pieces of me, early December.

good pieces of you, Elizabeth. Congrats on the sales, and good luck on getting the yarn and finishing the knitting in time (if not, I hope a birthday is coming up in January!)

Your bowls look amazing! And so does the sweater! I haven't even thought of decorating for the season, so you are way ahead of me there too.
