We don't eat a lot of potatoes but this is our favourite:
Sweet potato oven fries with sweet and spicy hot Thai dipping sauce, a perfect pairing.
Gosh it's crazy to photograph food indoors at supper time. The light is dire!

It seems to be a very good recipe. I don't usually eat sweet potatoes, sometimes sweet mashed potatoes at restaurant.
